​to replace the Dehk’è Frank Channel Bridge (Project) on the Highway-3 corridor. Project Activities include: 

• construction and operation of a temporary camp and a laydown area;
• re-alignment of the Right-of-Way
• replacement of the existing bridge
• installation of temporary drainage system and construction of permanent drainage system with new culverts
• construction of temporary ice bridges
• rock blasting to construct temporary accesses to build new bridge and deconstruct the other.
