​Nighthawk Non-Federal Water Licence

This Licence entitles the Licensee to use Water and deposit Waste for mining and milling activities at the Indin Lake Gold Property, NTThe scope of this Licence includes the following:a) advanced mineral exploration, including diamond drilling,b) establishment and operation of Satellite Camps;c) care and maintenance of the Damoti site, including management of waste rock, ore, and the underground portal, and associated seepage or Discharge of water;d) trenching and bulk sampling;e) construction, operation, and maintenance of winter roads and spur roads;f) use and storage of explosives;g) use and storage of fuel;h) use of vehicles and equipment; andi) closure and reclamation.
