This Licence replaces W2010L2-0001. Nighthawk originally applied for an amendment to W2010L2-0001, but the proposed activities were outside the scope of the licence so the review process for a new licence applciation was followed and a new licence was issued for the following activities:
- Maintenance, closure and reclamation of the Damoti Lake site (management of waste rock, ore, and underground portal, and associated seepage/drainage).
- Advanced mineral exploration in the Damoti Lake and Colomac Area (use of water and deposit of waste for camp >50 persons; use of water >100m3/day for drilling).
