This Permit is a renewal of 16C-002 for the purpose of mineral exploration activities in the Howard's Pass Area of the Tulita District in the Northwest Territories portion of the Selwyn Project (transboundary with main Project activities in the Yukon Territories). The Project underwent a full Environmental Assessment in 2007 before the Board issued the first Permit S07C-03 on October 9, 2009.
