Enbridge Pipelines (NW) Inc. (Enbridge) is proposing to replace a segment of the Line 21 pipeline southeast of kilometre post (KP) 158 near Little Smith Creek in the Northwest Territories (NWT). A Permit (S20P-003) is required for the use of land for camps, laydown yard, barge landing and temporary workspace, fuel storage, use of heavy equipment and a Licence (S20L1-001) for use of water and waste disposal.
