Enbridge Pipelines (NW) Inc. is proposing to conduct Line 21 pipeline maintenance digs within the Saline River (KP 180.168 and KP 180.280). All excavation activities will be contained within Enbridge's existing right-of-way (MV2013P0011) however the Project will involve a watercourse crossing and there is the potential for a channel diversion.
Additional off-right-of-way land is required for temporary work space to accommodate vehicle and equipment staging, temporary material storage and excavation isolation activities. The associated application for a Type A Land Use Permit is S17P-005.
