Application for the use vehicles on an existing private road with tranfer of fuel along road as well as use of an existing quarry associated with operation of the Great Bear Lake Lodge on the Dease Arm of Great Bear Lake.  Previously authorized under S08F-001​.

Water Licence S12L3-002 is also associated with the operation of the Lodge for domestic use of water and waste disposal.
