Continuous and ongoing operation and maintenance of the existing NWT Public Highway system with in the permit corridor alon the Fort Resolution Highway (NWT No 6) netween KM 1 (Intersection with Fort Smith highway (NWT No 5) near Km61) and Km 90 (Community of Fort Resolution) and inclides the Community access road known as the Nagel Channel Road and other minor roads along the Fort Resolution highway - Great Slave Lake Route and as listed under the Public Highways Act as Commissions Land for the GNWT and includes all highways, roadways and other transportation infrastructure.
