​Enbridge has applied for a LUP for use of land for the purpose of off-right of way remediation and reclamation at the KP 380.4 Willow Lake River release site. In 2011, off-right of way activities at the release site were authorized under Section 17 of the Mackenzie Valley Land Use Regulations as part of the emergency land use operation carried out in response to the Willowlake River KP380.4 pipeline leak. A Reclamation Plan for the site was approved by the National Energy Board in April 2012 and reclamation of this area is ongoing.
