GNWT - DOT proposes to construct a bridge over Baker Creek and install a culvert at the Trapper Creek crossing location as part of the overall Project re-align NWT Highway 4 away from the Giant Mine Site.
Water use will primarily be for sudt control and compactina nd will be less than 100 m3 per day for the whole entire project. Water use for dust contril around the Baker Creek and Trapper Creek construction sites will be less than 672m3 combined. Water will be taken from the Yellowknife River location, as identified in the land use permit MV2012X0006. No waste water will be generated by this project.
