Bluefish Power Generating Facilities: A temporary bridge across the Yellowknife River is required to commence land-based construction activities by March 2011 for a proposed new dam on Bluefish Lake (the dam it itself and all water-based construction activiites are covered under the separate applications: MV2009L4-0004 amd MV2009X0040).
