Paramount is proposing to construct Projet E-73, which consists of of a well site and associated well site access and pipeline right of way. See section 1.0 in LUP application MV2010A0054, attachment A for complete details. WAter will be withdrawn from water sources 1 through 4 and/or watercourses. Grey and black water and well casing cement will be deposited. See oil and gas exploration drilling questionnaire for complete details.
