Winter only operation of a transfer facility - Tetcela Transfer Facility (TTF) - for up to 50,000 tonnes of mineral concentrates adjacent to KM 84 along the existing Pairie Creek Mine-Liard Hwy winter road. Concentrates to be stored in bags within prefabricated structures, brought to facility in early winter and completely removed before seasonal winter road closure.
