On behalf of the Land and Water Boards of the Mackenzie Valley and the Review Board we recognize the wildfire situation has been stressful and we appreciate everyone’s efforts to remain calm and be kind. 

Extensions to comment and response deadlines for public reviews during the evacuation are being adjusted and additional extensions to those and other public reviews may be considered. Recognizing that re-entry to some communities is now taking place, the operations of the Land and Water Boards and the Review Board are ramping back up towards pre-evacuation levels. We appreciate your patience during this time of transition.
