The Sahtu Land and Water Board (SLWB), the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) and the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board co-hosted an information session to explain the cooperative Preliminary Screening Process to be conducted by the SLWB and CER for the Imperial Amendment Application on the Online Review System (ORS) and to ensure that the Board runs a fair process that respects Indigenous voices, ways of life, and equal opportunity to participate.
