The Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Board, the Mackenzie Valley Review Board and the GNWT are working together to host a resource co-management workshop on January 25-26, 2017 in Hay River.

This will be a plain language workshop for resource management practitioners with an emphasis on how to participate meaningfully in resource co-management processes.  The content will be tailored to the needs of practitioners in the NWT.

This Pan-Territorial Assessment and Regulatory Boards Forum is a followup to the Forum hosted in Yellowknife in January of 2016. Representatives from each of the environmental assessment and regulatiory (licencing and permitting) boards across the Northern Territories to discuss common challenges as well as opportunities for working together to address these challenges.
