Access to Information Requests
The Sahtu Land and Water Board is an independent, public board funded by the federal government. Its governing legislation is the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act (MVRMA) and the Board is subject to the federal Access to Information and Privacy Acts.

The Sahtu Land and Water Board posts summaries of completed Access to Information Requests. SLWB will begin posting summaries of completed Access to Information Requests in April, 2017.
Introduction to Info Source Chapter:
The Info Source Chapter is a requirement of all public institutions, and serves to communicate the purpose and function of each organization to the general public. The Sahtu Land and Water Board, as a public institution, provides the following information on the organization’s activities, structure and role as a public institution, and updates the Chapter annually.
